Along with Lucy she managed the whole process seamlessly from initial designs through to overseeing the installation and follow up for both our kitchen and utility room. She handled our indecision at times very well and was always able to make great suggestions and recommendations on design.
Her kitchen fitters are excellent and very thorough with the same eye for detail that she has. Mioko and her team noted issues with some of the cabinetry (damage during transit) and pointed these out to us and sorted replacement. Minimal snagging issues and where there are any they are items Mioko has noted which we were unaware of.
We are delighted with the end product and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
